We can assure you that the no-show was not intentional, I tried to send a screenshot to you that I did not receive your message and then message you back that I could come out in the evening to conduct the cleaning, however, it seems now that I am now blocked from messaging you through Angi. Reverted to sending an email to you. I again apologize for the misunderstanding, I am willing to give you a half-off on a cleaning.
